SB 924 (Price, Steinberg and Walters) was passed out of the Senate Appropriations on January 26th and will be heard on the Senate Floor on January 30, 2012 (Item 77).

SB 923 Workers’ Compensation: Official Medical Fee Schedule
Senator Kevin De Leon introduced SB 923 to require the Division of Workers Compensation administrative director to adopt an official medical fee schedule for physician services based on the resource-based relative value scale (similar to Medicare).
